This method is specifically designed to streamline the application of Bioderma Atoderm Intensive balm, ensuring the correct dosage and establishing a consistent routine for sustained and significant results.

Step 1: Start by applying the balm to freshly cleansed skin. For a baby, use 3 doses - 1 for the face, neck, and chest, 1 for both arms and back, and 1 for both legs. For a child, use 6 doses - 1 for the face and neck, 1 for the chest, 1 for the back, 1 for each arm, and 1 for each leg (twice). For an adult, use 9 doses - 1 for the face and neck, 1 for the chest, 1 for the back, 1 for each arm (twice), and 2 for each leg (twice).
Step 2: Gently massage the balm into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
