You have the option to collect your orders directly from our warehouse.

The freight forwarder will scheduled to collect the shipment from our warehouse.

4. How can I effectively use the E-Catalog?

In order to begin, Please complete our account application form here. Once you receive the email containing your login details, you can log in to your account and search for products by name, EAN, and brand.

You can easily inquire about the price of each product in our E-Catalog and proceed to place your order by supporting our team.

5. Are your prices negotiable?

Our process is entirely negotiation-oriented. When you inquire about the price of each product, your inquiry will be assigned to our sales team. They will ask your desired quantity and ensure that we offer you the best price for that specific quantity.

6. Are the items currently available in your inventory?

We do not hold inventory, We operate on a pre-order basis, with a lead time of 1 to 8 weeks. This approach is adopted to ensure the supply of fresh products directly from the manufacturers.

7. How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping charges will be determined according to the shipment's quantities, dimensions/weight, and the distance from our warehouse to your specified location.

Once your order is processed, if your designated location is in the UAE, we will provide you with a shipping quotation according to your order's shipping requirements.

If your specified location is outside the UAE, you will need to obtain a quotation from your chosen freight forwarder.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
